Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service supervision.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety and portion control standards.
• Leadership experience supervising team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of other food-service employees to create an enjoyable dining experience.
• Oversee food preparation and service in line with company standards.
• Ensure timely meal service and supervise serving of meals.
• Respond to customer concerns in person and via email.
• Train and assign work to staff to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Develop work schedules and oversee workflow.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports including inventory and payroll.
• Handle cash per the Food Accounting Manual.
