Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of meals and the setup of the cafeteria.
• Checks with Kitchen Manager for daily preparation work assignments.
• Assists in the preparation of daily menus.
• Sets up daily snacks on the cafeteria line.
• Maintains cleanliness of the cafeteria and serving lines.
• Completes records, paperwork and other administrative tasks accurately.
• Inputs prepayments and daily sales; posts deposits daily.
• Assists in inventorying and ordering with the Kitchen Manager.
