Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules, assign work to campus nutrition workers, and oversee completion of duties.
• Maintain serving schedules and serve items according to menu specifications.
• Collaborate with campus principal to accommodate temporary schedule changes and resolve personnel problems.
• Ensure food is produced safely and of high quality according to policies and health codes.
• Store and handle food items safely and enforce cleanliness standards.
• Maintain logs on equipment maintenance and conduct regular inventories.
