Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain/participate in daily rotation schedules for serving, cleaning, cashiering and back of the house.
• Train and coach Child Nutrition staff; evaluate performance and discipline; maintain confidentiality.
• Work cooperatively with district staff, students, parents and the public.
• Read recipes, adjust recipes with correct weights and monitor food quality and costs.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal requirements and maintain records.
• Learn and operate cafeteria software; look for ways to increase meal participation.
