Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods during meal service.
• Frequent bending, kneeling and lifting 25–50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to operate general cafeteria equipment.
• Ability to work promptly and with others; follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to complete required training programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals following approved recipes.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation in accordance with guidelines.
• Keep accurate food production records.
