Sodexo in Verdigris School District 8 is hiring a Cook for weekdays morning shifts in a full-time role. You will prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items following Sodexo’s culinary standards.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensure safety and sanitation, and support teamwork. Responsibilities include following recipes, estimating ingredients, and maintaining records as needed. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and Sodexo standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes and directions for cooking, seasoning, and serving items.
• Estimate ingredient needs, check production, and keep records to plan production.
• Significant walking or mobility is required.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
