Qualifications

• Active knowledge of meal requirements and safety and sanitation.
• Ability to obtain Food Manager Certificate.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and serve food items for breakfast and lunch.
• Keep accurate food production records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment.
• Receive food, supplies, and rotate products when needed.
• Keep temperature logs and perform Manager Self Inspection.
• Prepare daily food requests and orders for supplies.
• Follow HACCP procedures for cleanliness.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by Food Service Coordinator.
