Responsibilities

• Receiving: match bid specifications and invoices; report discrepancies.
• Storage: ensure stock is properly stored and rotated.
• Pre-Preparation: supervise/participate in production of scheduled items; record production data.
• Service: supervise/participate in service; ensure attractively merchandised portions; record data.
• Meal Count/Cash Collection: supervise/participate in meal count and cash handling per rules.
• Sanitation: supervise/participate in sanitation procedures.
• Attend a 10-hour Sanitation and Safety Workshop.
• Inventory: record and report stock levels.
• Physical Effort: frequent lifting 30–50 pounds; warm, noisy kitchens.
• Equipment: operate meat slicers and other equipment.
