Qualifications

• Experience: VPS kitchen substitute or 12+ months cooking in a foodservice setting.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables.
• Serve and count meals at point-of-service.
• Assist cook or manager and perform clean-up duties.
• Maintain HACCP procedures and food safety standards.
• May work in different buildings or satellite kitchen as needed.
