• Experience with budgeting and menu planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management of the food service operation.
• Ensures well-balanced, nutritious meals that meet dietary guidelines and diverse needs.
• Maintains clean, sanitary dining and serving areas in compliance with state/local standards.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates staff; ensures safety and sanitation compliance.
• Develops procedures for ordering, purchasing, storing, and inventorying food products; manages budget.
