• ServSafe food safety certification or state required certification.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of the center food service component.
• Plans, coordinates, and develops procedures for efficient dining facility operation.
• Creates menus ensuring nutritional adequacy including modified diets.
• Coordinates purchasing with finance for food and supplies.
• Investigates and resolves food quality and service issues.
• Implements safety and sanitation standards and budget compliance.
