Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience in transportation or fleet management.
• CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety procedures, and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations, dispatch, routing, and scheduling.
• Manage driver assignments and ensure coverage for all routes and trips.
• Monitor on-time performance, address delays, and implement improvements.
• Develop efficient routes to optimize fuel use, minimize costs, and enhance service reliability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise terminal staff; conduct evaluations.
• Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and administrative duties.
