Qualifications

• Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred.
• School bus transportation experience a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, routing/GPS systems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee routes to ensure on-time performance and full coverage
• Communicate with drivers, attendants, schools, and parents regarding delays or issues
• Assign spare drivers and adjust routes as needed in real time
• Support drivers with directions, student needs, and problem-solving
• Respond quickly to service disruptions and escalated when necessary
• Maintain accurate logs of delays, incidents, and route activity

Pay: $25.00 per hour + Full Benefits

Schedule: Mon - Fri 12:00PM - 8:00PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PM Dispatcher to support our school bus operations. This role ensures safe, on-time transportation for students by coordinating drivers, monitoring routes, and communicating with schools and families during morning service.
