Child Development Schools in Richmond, VA is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for students and support classrooms alongside teachers. You’ll help create a warm, curious environment and engage learners through everyday activities.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families and be part of a collaborative teaching team dedicated to nurturing early childhood education, safety, and growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with children and families.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
