Job summary

Child Development Schools, Inc. in Virginia Beach seeks a Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for students to and from school and activities.

You may also support classrooms alongside the Lead Teacher, helping young learners with hands-on activities, storytelling, and daily moments that foster curiosity, kindness, and growth. You will be a trusted partner to families, a positive role model, and part of a collaborative teaching team focused on engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
