Child Development Schools is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and activities. You will work with Lead Teachers to support early childhood learning, engage with children during daily routines, and help maintain a welcoming, safe classroom environment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine care for children and safety commitment.
• Strong communication and family relationship skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Physical ability to work with young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, on-time transportation for Before and After School programs.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
• Maintain a safe bus environment.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
