Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and activities. You will also support classrooms, collaborating with the Lead Teacher to create meaningful, nurturing learning moments in a warm, welcoming environment.

As part of our team, you will engage with children, communicate with families, and help maintain a clean, safe bus and classroom.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
