Job summary

300 Reliant Student Transport, LLC is seeking a dedicated School Bus Driver in Dover, Minnesota. You will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in school bus driving preferred, but not necessary.
• Basic mechanical understanding to perform pre‑trip inspections.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
• Previous experience in childcare or working with children is an advantage.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
