Job summary

300 Reliant Student Transport, LLC is looking for a dedicated School Bus Driver in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes while providing outstanding customer service.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Benefits include average pay of $24 per hour, dental and vision insurance, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a school bus preferred but not necessary.
• Basic mechanical skills for vehicle inspections required.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of passengers and incidents during the route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers about route changes.
