Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a dedicated School Bus Route Driver to safely transport students along designated routes while delivering excellent customer service. You will conduct pre-trip inspections, assist passengers, and maintain accurate ridership records.

The role requires clear English communication and a clean driving history. This part-time position offers a supportive team, paid training, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• School bus driving experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for pre-trip inspections.
• Clear English communication; multilingual is a plus.
• Strong customer service and reporting skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses on assigned routes and maintain on-time arrivals.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate passenger counts, mileage, and incident logs.
• Communicate route changes with dispatch and team.
• Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
