Minnesota Coaches LLC is hiring dependable School Bus Drivers to transport students safely and provide excellent customer service. Paid training is offered and no prior school bus experience is required.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, assist students including children and riders with disabilities, and maintain accurate records. This part-time position includes benefits such as dental and vision insurance, paid training, an annual bonus opportunity, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in school bus driving preferred, but not necessary.
• Basic mechanical understanding to perform pre-trip inspections.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
• Previous experience in childcare or working with children is an advantage.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities, during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents that occur during the route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
