Job summary

Astoria School District 1C is seeking a School Bus Driver to transport students on designated routes and field trips in a safe, reliable manner.

Responsibilities include daily route driving, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintaining bus cleanliness, and reporting any issues. A valid Oregon Class B CDL with air brake, passenger, and S endorsements plus the School Bus Driver's Certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Oregon Class B driver's license with air brake, passenger, and S endorsements.
• Must possess Department of School Bus Driver's Certificate.
• Knowledge of safety practices and transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drives a school bus daily over designated routes following schedules.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Maintains bus cleanliness and proper student behavior.
• Reports problems or accidents to supervisor promptly.
