Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old.
• Pass alcohol and drug tests.
• DOT Physical Examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports students over scheduled routes.
• Maintains proper discipline and safety on the bus.
• Conducts daily safety inspections of the vehicle.

Skills

Ability to manage student behavior

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

Completed bus driver safety training course

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Education

GED or High School Diploma
