Oregon Child Development Coalition, Inc. is seeking a professional school bus driver to transport program children and families to and from activities in Salem, Oregon.

The role requires safety-first operations, completion of daily pre-trip inspections, adherence to routes, and collaboration with a Bus Assistant to ensure passengers are seated and buckled.

Qualifications

• Safely transports Agency children and families to and from activities.
• Maintains daily rostering and logs, and follows safety standards.
• Operates vehicle in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for children and families.
• Assist with loading/unloading and route adherence.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and report issues.
• Ensure bus is clean and sanitized; enforce seating and restraints.
• Maintain records, med distributions, and assist with drills.
• Collaborate with Bus Assistant and staff.
