Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 in TN)
• Must possess or obtain and maintain valid state licenses to operate company vehicles
• Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
• Must complete and pass training and demonstrate safe driving practices

Responsibilities

• Operates a school bus or other vehicle on a fixed or changing route to transport students safely
• Maintains on-time performance and safe driving standards
• Reports any accidents per company policy and evacuates passengers if needed
• Keeps a neat, professional appearance and completes route paperwork accurately
• Follows student management policies and communicates route changes promptly
