First Student Belmont, NH is hiring a Part Time School Van Driver to start mornings with pickups and transport students home after school. No experience required; we provide expert training to become a safe, professional driver.

Part-time, flexible split AM/PM routes with opportunities for field trips. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; great pay at $19.00/hour and training at $17.50/hour; guaranteed minimum hours and potential for career

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Looking for a part-time schedule and summers off.
• Enjoy working with students.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the vehicle to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, etc.).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the vehicle clean and sanitary.
• Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
