Job summary

All-Star Transportation in Prospect, CT is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and serve the local community. No bus-driving experience required—our paid training helps you earn your CDL and become a confident, professional driver while you start a meaningful career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving history
• Clean driving record within the past 24–36 months
• Ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Successfully complete the company's paid training program
• Pass required pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and other hiring requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school on assigned routes
• Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops
• Follow all school bus safety and bus stop safety procedures
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment
• Attend required monthly safety meetings and training
• Complete field trips, activity trips, and charter runs as assigned
