Qualifications

• Authorized to operate school bus with CDL P and S endorsements or willing to obtain CDL.
• Non-certified drivers need 3+ years of driving experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 3+ years experience
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
