Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a school bus driver to transport students to and from school safely. You will operate modern, air-conditioned buses and use Zūm’s technology platform to support routes and schedules.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and positive interactions with students. The position offers guaranteed daily hours, comprehensive benefits, and CDL training for non-certified drivers, with opportunities to balance work and family time through evenings, weekends, and summers

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements; state-required certifications for school bus operation; 5 years of driving in a passenger vehicle (WAC 392-144-101).
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle (WAC 392-144-101).
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided).
• Clean driving record; able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children.

What We’re Looking For:
