Zūm Services, Inc. is hiring school bus drivers in Rockford, IL to safely transport students using our modern, air-conditioned buses and proprietary technology.

You’ll work split shifts with guaranteed daily hours, enjoy a supportive team, and contribute to a mission-driven company that values community safety and reliability. CDL training is provided if needed, and a clean driving record is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues
• Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
• Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers’ safetyy

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
