Job summary

Dousman Transport Co. is looking for a part-time School Bus Driver to support Waterford Schools and nearby communities in southeastern Wisconsin. You will transport students safely to and from school and help create a positive daily routine.

You will enjoy flexible mornings and/or afternoons, with no weekends or holidays required. A valid license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a DOT physical are essential. This role offers meaningful work and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time
• Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus
• Build great connections with students, parents, and school staff
• Help students who need a little extra assistance getting on or off the bus
• Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions
