Dousman Transport Co. is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver to serve Union Grove-area schools in southeastern Wisconsin. You’ll join a team that helps students get to and from school safely, with a focus on reliability and community service.

The role offers part-time shifts (mornings/afternoons), with summers off or extra hours available. Experience with school乗transport not required but appreciated; training provided. Join a company dedicated to safety and community impact.

• A valid Driver's License and the willingness to learn!
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time
• Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus
• Build great connections with students, parents, and school staff
• Help students who need a little extra assistance getting on or off the bus
• Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions
