Job summary

Dousman Transport Company is seeking a part-time school bus driver to serve students in the Kettle Moraine and Palmyra-Eagle districts. This role offers mornings, afternoons, or both, with no weekends, nights, or holidays, and summers off or extra hours if desired.

You will drive routes, ensure safety, maintain a friendly, stable presence for students, and contribute to the community every day.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver's License and willingness to learn.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• A calm, friendly attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• A desire to be a positive influence in your community.

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time.
• Drive routes confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic.
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus.
• Build connections with students, parents, and school staff.
• Help students who need extra assistance getting on or off the bus.
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll.
• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow transportation laws, school policies, and route directions.
