Dousman Transport Company is seeking a dedicated School Bus Driver to serve Lake Geneva area. Part-time shifts morning/afternoon are available, with no weekends, nights, or holidays, and summers off or extra work if you want it.

You’ll transport students safely, maintain a positive bus environment, and work with families and school staff to ensure reliable daily transportation. A valid license and a responsible attitude are essential.

• A valid Driver's License and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time.
• Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic.
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus.
• Build great connections with students, parents, and school staff.
• Help students who need a little extra assistance getting on or off the bus.
• Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll.
• Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions.
