Dousman Transport Company is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to serve the community. You’ll transport students safely, manage routes in various weather, and create a positive on-bus environment.

This role offers flexible hours (mornings and/or afternoons), no weekends or nights, summers off if desired, and a meaningful way to contribute every day. If you value reliability, community, and a stable schedule, we’d love to meet you.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time
• Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic

• Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions
