Job summary

Dousman Transport Company is seeking a part-time school bus driver to serve the Kettle Moraine and Mukwonago school communities in Wisconsin. You’ll help transport students safely and on schedule, with a friendly, reliable presence on every ride.

You’ll handle routes in all weather, maintain a clean vehicle, and work with families and school staff to support student needs. This role offers flexible hours for parents, students, or retirees.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Willingness to pass a drug screen.
• Calm, friendly attitude with good communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Desire to be a positive influence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time.
• Drive route confidently in various weather and traffic.
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus.
• Build connections with students, parents, and staff.
• Assist students getting on or off the bus as needed.
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll.
• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow transportation laws, policies, and routes.

What You’ll Do
