Job summary

NRT Bus in Gardner, MA is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events on local routes. You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep a clean, safe vehicle.

This role offers split AM/PM shifts, no nights or weekends, paid training, and a benefits package for part-time staff. CDL B with endorsements is required or training provided; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (P & S endorsements) required or willingness to obtain — training provided.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written).

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
