NRT Bus, Inc. in Hudson, MA is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to transport students safely to and from school and events.

This role offers a split-shift schedule, weekdays only, with paid CDL training and opportunities for additional hours on charters and activities. Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements; willing to obtain — training provided.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21 or older with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $36 (Effective 8/24/26)
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (Effective 8/24/26)
• Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
