Job summary

NRT Bus in Needham, MA is seeking a Part-Time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events on local routes. CDL Class B with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain) is required, along with a valid DOT medical card, age 21+, and a background check.

We offer paid CDL training, weekly pay, and benefits. Pay starts at $36.05 per hour (effective 8/24/26), with charter/activity trips at $27.81/hour and a separate $8,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with P & S endorsements or willingness to obtain—training provided.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Clear communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and communicate professionally with students, families, and staff.
