Job summary

NRT Bus in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Part-Time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and events on local routes. Paid CDL training provided; no experience required.

You’ll perform pre-trip inspections, maintain a clean vehicle, and communicate professionally with students and school staff. Schedule is part-time with split AM/PM hours, weekdays only, with weekly pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
