Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver in Dracut, MA. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay with paid training for CDL classes you may need.

This role features a split shift on weekdays, with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and weekly pay with guaranteed hours. Requirements include a CDL Class B with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain), a valid DOT medical card, a safe driving record, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Pay: $32.96 (Effective 8/24/26) Paid Training: $20/hour Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events


• Drive assigned local routes


• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections


• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle


• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
