Job summary

Beacon Mobility is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year in Hanson, KY. No CDL? We provide paid training now. The role pays hourly and includes a guaranteed minimum with weekly pay. Part-time shifts, mornings and afternoons, no nights or weekends.

Typical duties include transporting students, performing inspections, and keeping vehicles clean and safe. Prior driving experience helps, but training is offered. Join a community-focused transportation team today.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements.
• Valid DOT medical card or able to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Sign-on Bonus of $3000

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $33/hour increases to $34.65 on 9/1/26
  • Paid Training: $20/hour
  • Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle

Requirements
