Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is hiring part-time bus drivers to transport students to and from school and events. Training is provided, no prior CDL required; candidates with CDL Class B with P & S endorsements receive a sign-on bonus and higher starting pay.

Positions are local, weekday only, with guaranteed hours and weekly pay. We offer a structured, safety‑first work environment and opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B or higher with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain — training provided.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• 21+ years old with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Clearly communicate in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

We’re hiring for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Sign-on Bonus of $3000

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $33/hour increases to $34.65 on 9/1/26
  • Paid Training: $20/hour
  • Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
