Job summary

The Kidz Club in Lexington, KY is seeking a caring Bus Driver to transport children to and from our center along pre-planned routes. You will be a trusted face that families rely on, ensuring safety and comfort on every trip.

You'll assist children boarding/exiting, use smartphone apps to manage routes, and perform simple daily vehicle safety checks. Part-time schedule includes afternoons and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to safely assist children on/off bus.
• Experience with smartphones or basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on trips.

About the role

• Safely transport our kids to and from our center along pre-planned routes
• Keep passengers comfortable, secure, and happy on every trip
• Assist children on and off the bus, providing physical support where needed for children of all ages and sizes
• Perform simple daily vehicle safety checks
• Communicate warmly with families and staff
• Use smartphone apps and digital systems to manage routes, record trips, and complete straightforward reports

Full hands-on training is provided – we'll set you up for success from day one!

• A love of driving and a calm, patient nature
• Confidence using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems as part of your daily work
• The physical ability to safely assist children with boarding, exiting, and other mobility needs when required
• Must be 21 or older
• A commitment to safety, reliability, and providing excellent care for every child
