Job summary

Dousman Transport Company in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to serve Mukwonago Schools. This flexible role suits parents, students, and retirees who want meaningful, community-focused work with reliable morning and/or afternoon hours.

You’ll transport students safely, handle routine safety checks, and maintain a respectful, supportive bus environment. You’ll also build positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff while upholding all laws and district

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Need a calm, friendly, reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time.
• Drive routes confidently in all weather and traffic.
• Maintain a respectful, safe environment on the bus.
• Build connections with students, parents, and school staff.
• Help students who need extra assistance getting on or off the bus.
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll.
