Job summary

Tri County Transportation Inc. is looking for a part-time School Bus Driver in Clymer, PA to transport students on a fixed morning and afternoon route. You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure DOT compliance, and manage student behavior on board.

CDL Class B with school bus passenger and air brake endorsements is required, or a willingness to complete our CDL training. The position offers about 22.5 hours weekly with a split shift, field trips pay at a separate rate, and licensing fees

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with school bus passenger and air brake endorsements, or willingness to complete CDL training.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be dependable with good time management and able to supervise students.
• Must pass MVR, background checks, clearances, a DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus on a fixed morning and afternoon route.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance.
• Check the vehicle after each route and manage student behavior safely.
