Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a local contract BCBA for a school-based program in Arlington Heights, IL. This in-person role is full-time and runs during the school year with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The BCBA will collaborate with a team of BCBAs to support students with diverse needs at a therapeutic day school, earning $55–$65 per hour DOE. This is a 41-week contract with typical school hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Experience supporting students with autism and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 5 other BCBAs in a therapeutic day school setting.
• Support 4-5 classrooms serving students with a wide range of special needs.
• In-person, full-time role Monday–Friday during school hours.
