Job summary

AnthroMed Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K–12.

You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required for school-based practice in Illinois.
• Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable.
• Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred.
• Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K–12 schools
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
• District-wide K–12 caseload
• Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools
