Job summary

Happyian in Illinois is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our collaborative team. You’ll manage a small caseload of 1–3 clients with flexible Daytime/Afternoon/Mixed schedules.

We offer administration support, no minimum or maximum hours, and a European-inspired culture that values autonomy and clinical excellence. Compensation ranges from $78–$88 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery
