Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Service areas: Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Elgin, Schaumburg, Palos Hills, and West Dundee, IL.

Compensation

$78–$88 per hour.
